Some systems may be beyond repair, an example being, your steering box housing has swelled and burst, it is blowing oil out under the steering wheel on your legs. in this case a new column and box would be the only option.

We have plastic covered and spiral bound shop grade parts manuals for the T5, T6, T7 and T9 machines. These are printed and made available at cost and proceeds are donated to the Auburn University Scholarships that we support.
We can supply replacement buckets in many sizes from 8" all the way up to 38". Be sure to tell us if you have the old style bucket or the Q/A Quick Attach bucket with the hooks on top as shown here. Special Order Parts
Engine Coupler
Double Key-way Engine Coupler part Number #60033 fits many T5 models. It comes in 3 different lengths. Measure yours. 5", 6" or 6 7/8".
The splined #60040 fits later models. It has a key-way on one end and a spline on the other. It comes in 2 lengths 6" and 6 7/8" . Measure yours to be sure to get the correct one!
Backhoe Bucket Teeth
Standard Backhoe Bucket teeth # 10500, now stocking the 10500 Long teeth( photo coming) and pointed Tiger teeth # 19590 with new roll pins #10530 , they fit all models after 1/1/1990.

The Boom Lock /Keeper T7 & T9
Boom Keepers. One of the most broken parts on the T5D, T6, T7 & T9 models. Usually caused by someone unfamiliar with the operation of these machines. We stock new ones and occasionally have some repaired/used ones.

Three different Tie rod ends that fit Terramites
These three different tie rod ends fit most Terramite backhoe models. Older machines use the top one. Order # 53042.
Depending on the year of your machine, you will need one to four of these.
Need the Middle one, order#53043.
We need your Model and Serial number to get it right the very first time for you.
Sending the wrong parts is frustrating, wastes time and your money and it keeps you from digging! A broken machine can't make you a dime!

Perkins Diesel Motor Mounts
One of the major causes of radiator problems in these tractors can be traced back to worn motor mounts. Replace worn mounts on the Perkins 103-10 & 103-15 diesels. Reducing engine shaking in your T6, T7 and T9 will help you to avoid costly radiator repairs.
Drive Motor Flange
The machine part that fits inside and bolts to the brake drum. It is machined for the Torque Motor that drives the rear end. Fits all models.

Tri-angle 4 stud rims
This machine has the new 4 stud Tri-angle rims and new aggressive tread rib tires. We also have the turf type smoother tread tires available.
They need to be bought in pairs as they are a slightly different size than the older models. They fit good and work great.
Engine available Perkins 103-10 FITS T5C, T5D & T7 20 Hp.
We are acting as agent for a customer who has a Perkins 103-10 engine for sale. It will fit the T5C, T5D and T7 Backhoe. if you need a replacement.

We are stocking many complete Decal kits for different machines. So far just complete kits, but we are considering doing partial kits and individual decals depending on the demand. After 2005 many machines had Yellow with Black/Grey front arms and back boom. Be sure to tell us which ones you need.
Cylinder Wrenches
We have finally found a supplier for cylinder wrenches. The small ones will fit T5's. The larger ones and small ones needed for the T6,T7 & T9's.
Replacement cylinders
We now have immediate delivery on many cylinders for T5C, T5D, T6, T7 & T9 machines and can get you any we don't have. The waiting time for ordered cylinders varies, normally it's from 2-4 weeks, occasionally a lot longer.

Always use regular 15W-40 Diesel Motor oil in a Terramite Hydraulic system. Use 10 oil in winter in very cold climates.
You will not like the repair bills if you let anyone put regular hydraulic oil in your machine!

We offer complete replacement seats with new forward and back slide rails. These seats fit all machines made after 7/1 /1996. Order #Complete Seat. For older machines, some major modifications to the mounting platform may be required and it may be advisable to just order replacement cushions.

Now stocking most rebuild seal kits for loader valves and cylinders. We must have your machine model and serial number information to get the right ones for you. Model and serial numbers are on your machine in several places. The most common cylinders use 1", 1 1/8", 1 1/4", 1 1/2" and 1 3/4" rods.

Ordering
To order parts send us an email from the form above and let us know what you need. Be sure to give us your model, T4, T5, T5B, T5C or D, T6, T7G or D or T9 2 or 4 WD and the serial number so that we can determine the correct part. We do need your full name, complete address and zip code to accurately quote you the delivered cost. The post office will not deliver to BILL or BOB, so please help us out here. We can't quote shipping costs without your full address and Zip code. UPS and FedEx will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box or anywhere without a phone number.
Invoicing
If we have the Terramite parts you need we will send you an email with the price and provide you with a payment invoice that can be paid online. ​If we do not have the part, we may be able to get it for you and will advise you. PLEASE do not ask us to order parts for you unless you intend to buy them. We pay for parts when ordered and will be stuck with them. Once we invoice you for a part, we hold it for you, ready to ship. If you choose not to buy it, PLEASE let us know as other customers may want and need that part. After 15 days parts not purchased will be returned to stock.
Paying your invoice, NEW POLICY!
You can pay us for your Terramite Backhoe parts with either a credit card or an E-Check.
We do not have or even see your banking information, only Quick Books and your bank see it.
We are notified almost instantly when you pay the online invoice, and we can get your parts on the way to you very quickly.
FOR NEW CUSTOMERS
Recent events have caused a change in our payment policy.
A new customer made a large purchase by credit card, then after they received the parts, they innated a credit card charge back through their bank.
Net result.
They have our parts and have reversed the payment. We now have to go through a very time consuming effort to get paid. MAYBE! They have basically defrauded us! A worthless check! Theft!
As a result, we are going to limit the amount that new customers can put on credit cards. Beyond that limit payment must be by E-bank bank transfer. These are much harder to reverse. Bad apples do spoil the barrel!
Established customers will not be affected.

We always endeavor to supply the correct parts. In the event that we have not, returns and exchanges are possible.
All part returns require pre-approval and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returned parts must be ours.
They must be complete, unused and not altered or modified in any way. They must be in clean and resealable condition.
Special order and electrical parts are not returnable.
We do not refund shipping charges!
Warranties:
There are no warranties expressed or implied.
That being said we will offer to assist should any product fail to perform in normal service for up to 30 days.
After 30 days returns are at our sole discretion.
Products that have been abused, altered or misused will void this offer.
Returns are subject to up to 20% re stocking charge.
Returns must be approved/authorized prior to shipping back.
Goods returned must be in re-saleable condition.
Modified parts are NOT returnable!

Shipping!
Shipping has been a problem lately. FEDEX and UPS will not always deliver Overnight Express packages ordered on a Friday until the following Monday.
Order early in the week to be sure you get the expected overnight packages on time.
We definitely want your business and will do our best to earn it every day.
We will do our best to offer the same prompt service we have always delivered. Sometimes we are on the road delivering machines and will get to your parts as soon as we return. We are almost always available on email. Send your parts requests on the form above.
We strive to fulfill orders the day the order comes in up to 3:30pm EST cutoff time. If an order comes in after 3:30pm EST, the order will be fulfilled the next business day. Once fulfilled, the order will go to FedEx, UPS or the USPS on the next business day. During peak periods we may take up to 2 days to fulfill an order.
